Even the pros and cons are similar for Kohler Simplice K-596 and Kohler Simplice K-597. Really, they are both very simple to install and there were no issues of leaks. They look lovely in all colors and the 3 colors mean they will suit any kitchen design.

The hose, spray head, and handle of each tap are great. The movements are nice and smooth and getting the right temperature is easy. The hoses in particular feel like they are of excellent quality, and it was nice to be able to move the head around to clean all parts of the sink. The sweep and boost spray functions work well for both.

The overall winner today was the Kohler Simplice K-596. Unless of course, your kitchen won’t allow for the larger faucet, it definitely makes more sense to have that additional inch of spout height. What’s more, the Kohler Simplice K-596 is cheaper, so the only two differences are winning points for this faucet.
